Eligibility for Membership

Individuals aged 18 to 53 years who are not enrolled in any other welfare fund scheme and have been engaged in tailoring or embroidery work for at least three years are eligible to become members of this Welfare Fund. Any self-employed tailoring worker may also apply for membership.

Applications from individuals working in fields related to Fashion Technology are also considered for membership.

Requirements

Applicants must submit:

• One passport-size photograph
• Proof of age (attested by a Gazetted Officer)
• Copy of Ration Card
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Copy of Bank Passbook
• One and Same Certificate (if there is any variation in the applicant`s name across documents)

Benefits

1. Upon attaining the age of 60 years, members will receive a full refund of all contributions made to the Welfare Fund, along with accrued interest.
2. Members are eligible for:
   • Educational Assistance
   • Marriage Assistance
   • Maternity Financial Assistance
   • Death Benefit Assistance
3. Disability Pension:
   Workers who become permanently incapacitated due to a serious illness or disability and are unable to continue working are entitled to receive a disability pension until their death.
4. Old-Age Pension:
   Members who attain the age of 60 years are entitled to receive a regular monthly pension.
