Eligibility for Membership

Individuals aged 18 to 55 years who are not enrolled in any other welfare fund scheme are eligible to become members of this Welfare Fund.

Documents Required

Applicants must submit:

• Three passport-size photographs
• Proof of age (attested by a Gazetted Officer)
• Copy of Ration Card
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Copy of Bank Passbook
• Copy of Driving Licence
• Copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC Book)

Members are required to contribute to the Welfare Fund based on the size/category of their vehicle.

Benefits

1. Upon attaining the age of 60 years, members will receive a full refund of all contributions made to the Welfare Fund, along with accrued interest.
2. Members are eligible for:
   • Educational Assistance
   • Marriage Assistance
   • Maternity Financial Assistance
   • Medical Assistance
   • Accident Medical Assistance
   • Disability Pension
   • Voluntary Retirement Pension
   • Natural Death Benefit
   • Accidental Death Benefit
3. Members who attain the age of 60 years are entitled to receive a regular monthly pension.
