Eligibility for Membership

Individuals aged 18 to 54 years who are not enrolled in any other welfare fund scheme are eligible to become members of this Welfare Fund.

Documents Required

Applicants must submit:

• Three passport-size photographs
• Proof of age (attested by a Gazetted Officer)
• Copy of Ration Card
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Copy of Bank Passbook
• One and Same Certificate (for applicants whose name differs across documents)

Benefits

1. Members are eligible for:
   • Educational Assistance
   • Marriage Assistance
   • Maternity Financial Assistance
   • Death Benefit Assistance
2. Members who attain the age of 60 years are entitled to receive a regular pension.
3. Disability Pension:
   Workers who become permanently incapacitated due to a serious illness or disability and are unable to continue working are eligible to receive a disability pension for the rest of their lives.
